Aaron Kampf Founder & CEOAaron Kampf is the Founder and CEO of Otzar Philanthropy, bringing more than 20 years of experience across philanthropy, community leadership, education, and entrepreneurship.
Having led private family foundations and worked closely with philanthropists, foundations, and nonprofit leaders in Israel and abroad, Aaron has developed a deep understanding of both sides of philanthropy — what donors are trying to achieve and what organizations need in order to create meaningful, lasting impact. His extensive relationships across Israel’s philanthropic and nonprofit landscape give him a unique ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities in ways that make giving more thoughtful and effective.
Alongside his work in the nonprofit sector, Aaron has founded and successfully exited two businesses in the UK, bringing an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset to his work in philanthropy. He combines strategic thinking with a highly personal approach, helping philanthropists move beyond simply giving well to thinking more deeply about what they want their philanthropy to accomplish.
Aaron founded Otzar with the belief that meaningful philanthropy is built on trusted relationships, strong local knowledge, and a clear understanding of where generosity can make the greatest difference.
Originally from the UK, Aaron lives in Israel with his wife and four children.
